And we lay out the entirety of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We teach you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to respond to questions and give you advice. They will review your food logs and meal plans to help keep you headed in the right direction. Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll teach you about good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different vital nutrients at every meal. Your entire Farrell's Family will be here to support you, especially your coach. You’ll master how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if thinking ahead isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include distinct instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be finished without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we tell members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are flexible. Follow them as written or mix it up to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat the same meals every day for a whole week, while others like to swap things out. Your coach, or everybody in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not sure which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
